Permanent Lubed (Self Lubricated) Design:

This feature eliminates the need for re-lubrication and is maintenance free operation. This is ideally suited for Dozers, where access for re-lubrication is difficult. Also error in re-lube grease selection in the field is not raised.

Sealed Bearings:

This feature retain factory filled Life Time Grease for ever and prevent entry of contaminants in to Bearings during operation. The sealing system holds up in swamps, heat and dust, mining operations, and in the arctic.

Self Locked Bearing Cups:

This feature eliminates the use of unreliable weld strips as in the conventional design in order to hold opposite bearing cups. This helps eliminating stress raisers at weld spots on Bearing cups and possible failure of bearing cups.
